Q. I need to renew and I received a username and password for the new website.
A. You should login to the site (using the "Login to MLPA" form in the upper right). After you login, you'll see a link on the right labled "Renew Membership". Click this link to proceed with your membership renewal.
Q. I need to renew and I did not receive an email with a username and password for the new website.
A. Click the link in the main menu labeled "Join/Renew". Fill out the "Join the MLPA" form to sign up as a "new user".
Q. I can't log into the website. What's my username and/or password?
A. Please use the links in the upper right labeled "Forgot your username?" and "Forgot your password?". If those forms do not recognize your email address, you may need to use the "Join MLPA" (located at http://mlpa.org/join/) and sign up as a "new user".
Q. Paypal gave me a receipt for my payment, but the website said that there was a problem processing my payment. What should I do?
A. This message was probably shown to you by mistake. If Paypal issued you a receipt for your payment, then your membership has been renewed successfully.
Q. How do I know if my membership is current?
A. If you have a username and password, try logging into the site. If your membership has run out, you'll immediately be taken to the renewal form. Otherwise, you'll see in the upper right how many more days are left in your membership. If you do not have a username and password and you are unable to retrieve one using the "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" links, but you are certain that you have a currently active membership, please use the Contact form to inquire about your membership.
