The Zoning Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Morningside Presbyterian Church. This group is responsible for voting on zoning variance requests and other zoning issues, which are then reported at each MLPA meeting. All MLPA members are eligible to become voting members of the Zoning Committee after attending three meetings. The chair of this committee is Trav Carter.
