MLPA Membership
• Includes membership for up to 2 members of the household.
• Regular neighborhood updates via newsletters and communications.
• Opportunities to participate in MLPA committees and on the MLPA board.
• Ability to vote on changes to the Bylaws and Board of Directors at the annual meeting.
• Access to members-only events and early ticket sales.
Security Plus (MLPA Membership + Patrol)
• All of the association membership benefits listed above.
• Vacation Security Patrol coverage by off-duty police officers with daily updates on your home while out of town.
• Support of our neighborhood patrols, which make Morningside Lenox Park a safer community.
• MSP (Morningside Security Patrol) Yard Sign to display in front of your home.
Security Plus Premium (MLPA Membership + Patrol)
• All of the Security Plus membership benefits listed above.
• Unlimited access to Security Patrol resources. (Middle tier membership allows for 30 days of coverage in a calendar year.)
