Ryan Howard, Licensing and Planning Chair
Ryan and his wife, Lauren, moved to Morningside from Connecticut in 2008, and have raised their two children in the neighborhood for 16 years. They hold an unusual statistic of living on one street, two addresses, and three houses during that time. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and also holds a master’s degree from Georgia Tech. Ryan brings experience from 25 years in commercial real estate, specifically design and construction, to the MLPA Licensing and Planning Chair.
His family loves the neighborhood and are strong supporters of the local, neighborhood businesses, and you can often find the Howard family biking on the Beltline.
